While the ability to validate and correct policy information is powerful, sometimes it isn't enough. Often an agent needs to reconcile gaps in policy information before that policy can be sent to its ultimate destination. To address this need, AgencyPort has developed Interview—a web-based application that presents agents with a succinct overview of data gaps and guides them through the issues to make selections quickly and efficiently.

AgencyConnect™ Interview gives the agent an opportunity to perform simple data completion/correction on data that was uploaded. Interview prompts the user for corrections to errors in policy information that could otherwise not be made automatically. For example, it may be possible to automatically make a correction to an invalid deductible by rounding it up or down to the next valid amount offered by the carrier, but what if the applicant name or address is missing from the upload? AgencyConnect™ Interview provides a single screen on which the user makes corrections to meet carrier data requirements before receiving a quote.
