Innovating Cool.

We understand that we’re not in a particularly cool business. The scary thing is, we actually really like insurance technology—innovating it, delivering it and servicing it better than anyone else. We also know it’s our responsibility to stand behind what we sell and to do what we say we’re going to. To do that, we ask our customers—and each other—a lot of questions every day. Can we go live this month instead of next? What’s the best practice here? What will make the biggest difference to the end user? We also admit when we make mistakes. (Nobody’s perfect, right?) Then we roll up our sleeves and dig in until we get it right. We know the test of a good vendor is how they handle the bumps.

We also understand that if we want to continue to be number one in our field, we need to attract and keep the best and the brightest. So we make it fun to work here. Yes, we work really hard. But at the end of the day, we’ve worked side by side with really smart people who are completely passionate about their work; we’ve made a tangible difference in a fast growing industry; and we may even have played a spirited game of Guitar Hero or rocked a dance-off at an '80s club.
