The new division is led by Steven Hauck and Eric Harnden who co-founded AgencyPort and Curt Stevenson, a team that has already worked successfully together for over 10 years.

The new division offers the insurance market a unique value proposition relative to software products and delivery capabilities around leading solutions such as multi-channel distribution technology, business intelligence tools and specialized policy administration. In addition, Sword Group has recently approved an increased R&D budget for the division that will fund a newly formed and centralized product development organization for Sword Insurance.

The new Sword Insurance division currently serves over 110 clients in 17 countries in the property & casualty and health insurance industries. Sword Insurance staff, with 350 insurance industry experts in total, is headquartered in the US in Boston and in the UK in London with offshore professional service and support units in India and Wales.
